Di Ind- Chairman
Di is the Managing Director of Di-Monty Training Solutions, a business she co-founded in 2008. Prior to this Di spent over 20 years working in retail, where she led a team of approximately 500 people. Di lives in Mount Gambier with her partner, having returned here after working in Adelaide for 20 years. Di joined the Board of WiBRD in 2013, bringing her outstanding skills in leadership, motivation and business to the Board.
Cathy Lunnay- Deputy Chairman
Cathy’s role as a former Senior Clerk of 17 staff and now a Quality Assurance Officer for Benson radiology in Mount Gambier is proof of her communication and organisational skills. Cathy is also a director of her family business Naralilla Homes. The longevity of her voluntary positions within The community demonstrate her experience and the value she places on community involvement.
Ali Villani- Treasurer
Ali V is a professional networker with a global online business she is also a qualified personal trainer and lifestyle coach. She has a very big passion for creating relationships and welcoming people into this amazing community. Her action motivator is bringing people together to support each other. Ali has had incredible growth and expansion in her business in the last 12 months and she absolutely loves to coach and mentor people to believe in themselves and their dreams. Ali is the current Treasurer.
Judy works for South Australian Dental Services based in the Mount Hospital as a Dental Therapist. She recently completed her Bachelor of Management.
Judy and her husband Neil moved to Mount Gambier where they have brought up their three daughters. She has been actively involved in the community, and brings a wealth of contacts and networks to the Board.
Judy joined the board in 2013 and has used her management skills in networking, event management and marketing to revitalise local network events.
With over 20 years’ experience in the early childhood development sector Fiona continues to be a passionate advocate for supporting carers involved in the education of others and has developed a large range of innovative community parenting programs in the region.
Fiona has been on the SERDE Board for 3 years and is currently a Director for the Stand Like Stone Foundation and the Deputy Chair of the Limestone Coast Community Services Roundtable.
Tahlia has previously worked within the beauty industry for 3 years as a qualified beauty therapist. She now works in real estate and has done so for the past 3 years as a qualified sales representative. Tahlia works within the sales and leasing areas of Ray White Keatley. Skills and experience that Tahlia can bring to the Board include a large network base, circle of influence, energetic and positive approach, good communication skills and event planning.
Sam Rothall has had the privilege of employment at some of the most successfully run organisations across our community before starting her own business. For the past 9 years she has been supporting her husband in a business partnership. In 2012 she developed an events and catering business with the task of achieving all aspects required in a new business and importantly building a reputable, sought after product and services. For many years Sam has been actively involved in community events, predominantly fundraisers for the different organisations. This led to her role at the Leukaemia Foundation in 2015 where she has thrived with the platform to be creative with fundraising initiatives and has led her to connect with some of our community’s most proactive members.
