Di is the Managing Director of Di-Monty Training Solutions, a business she cofounded in 2008. Prior to this Di spent over 20 years working in retail, in particular KFC where she led a team of approximately 500 people to achieve the highest per restaurant average sales nationally which resulted in record profit results annually.
Di lives in Mount Gambier with her partner, having returned here after working in Adelaide for 20 years
Di joined the Board of WiBRD in 2013, bringing her outstanding skills in leadership, motivation and business to the Board. Di is currently Chairperson.
Judy works for South Australian Dental Services based in the Mount Hospital as a Dental Therapist providing dental services to children aged between 0-18 years. She recently completed her Bachelor of Management (Human Resource Management and Honours Degrees at the University of South Australia).
Judy was born in Mount Barker, moved to Adelaide where she met her husband Neil. They re-located to Mount Gambier where they have brought up their three daughters. She has been actively involved in the community, especially netball, basketball and on the Mount Gambier High School council for 10 years and brings a wealth of contacts and networks to the Board.
Judy joined the board in 2013 and has used her management skills in networking, event management and marketing to revitalise local network events. Judy is currently Vice Chairperson.
Fiona is a an action person. She likes to get there and get things done. Positive by nature she would like to mentor others, guide them to find their own full potential so they can follow their dreams. Fiona is passionate about Mt Gambier and would like to see the population grow and in turn benefit local businesses. Fiona has over 10 years experience in the Employment Services industry and is experienced working with the Quality Assurance sector. She is professional, articulate and confident individual. Fiona is the current Public Officer for WIBRD Board.
Ali V is a professional networker with a global online business she is also a qualified personal trainer and lifestyle coach.She has a very big passion for creating relationships and welcoming people into this amazing community. Her action motivator is bringing people together to support each other.Ali has had incredible growth and expansion in her business in the last 12 months and she absolutely loves to coach and mentor people to believe in themselves and their dreams. Ali is the current Treasurer.
Sally has a degree in Business and Economics and has worked in the banking sector since 2007, working most recently as the Small Business Specialist with ANZ. Sally has always has a passion for baking and has turned this hobby into a successful small business Moments to Savour supplying local cafes with her delicious melting moments and other products.
Originally from the York Peninsula, she moved to Mount Gambier in 2008 to pursue her career. Sally recently married her partner Jimmy on his family farm in Mingbool and loves the diversity that the South East has to offer.
Sally brings a practical knowledge of small business and banking to the Board plus her event management skills. Sally joined the WiBRD Board in 2010. Sally was the Board’s previous Chairperson.
Nicole Cunningham is a qualified Practitioner of Homeopathic Medicine with over 10 years experience as a clinician, speaker and educator, educating parents and promoting natural alternatives. Nicole was the Vice President of the Australian Homeopathic Association Victorian Branch for 5 years and has founded a Homeopathic charity Rebalance the Globe, providing homeopathic healthcare to 11 villages north of Kolkata, India.Nicole creates Homeopathic health products that assist the whole family. Nicole’s qualifications include an Advanced Diploma in Homoeopathy and an Advanced Diploma in Reflexology. Nicole has also participated in post graduate study in a Homoeopathic Hospital near Mumbai, India. In addition to Homoeopathic Medicine, Nicole has a passion for mind/body medicine and nutrition.
Tahlia has previously worked within the beauty industry for 3 years as a qualified beauty therapist. She now works in real estate and has done so for the past 18 months as a qualified sales representative. Tahlia works within the sales and leasing areas of Complete Real Estate. Skills and experience that Tahlia can bring to the Board include a large network base, circle of influence, energetic and positive approach, good communication skills and event planning.
