From the early days the organisation has been flexible and responsive to new developments always initiating creative solutions to key regional issues achieved through a strategic planning process.
Over the years our strategic planning has been a process to ensure our accountability to our stakeholders. It has encouraged our network to examine and document WHAT we are doing, for WHOM and WHY we are doing it.
Our 2006 – 2008 plan will shortly be reviewed in light of our new incorporation. It is vital we maintain our relevance so please stay tuned. In the mean time if you are interested in finding out our priorities for 2009/2010 please read our current business plan.
