Emotional Intelligence for Workplace & Personal Success
Emotional intelligence (EQ) is a non-negotiable for businesses that want to grow. Low EQ within a team can result in poor decision making, reduced productivity and missed opportunities. Understanding EQ will give you the tools to understand why emotions are integral to how you interact within the workplace. It enables you to correctly perceive, think about, understand and manage emotions in both yourself and others. Emotionally intelligent leaders perform, inspire and communicate more effectively than those who are not.
Join us for this interactive workshop where you will discover;
- What Emotional intelligence is
- How it works and the benefits for individuals and teams to be aware of their EQ maturity
