We will also hear from our Host and Women in Business & Regional Development board member Toni Vorenas as she shares her perspective of being an employer of choice and the importance of building a culture of engagement and retention in your business.

Erma’s extensive career has focused on helping organisations optimise productivity and employee wellbeing and has spanned roles in the private and public sectors.
Earlier this year, she was awarded the Public Service Medial in the 2021 Australia Day Honours list for her long-standing advocacy of gender equality, diversity and disability employment, as well as her commitment to public sector reform.
