Join us as this group of locals share tips on the importance of looking after yourself and how to balance the lines between work and personal life.

We all live such busy lives so we have invited some of the best in the business to chat with you. During the day we will discuss topics such as; relaxation, exercise, sleep, fertility and preparing meals for you and your family.

This event will feature workshops, demonstrations, opportunity to speak one on one with the businesses involved as well as time to wander the business stands for resources that are available locally and of course the opportunity to network during our demonstrations and afternoon tea breaks.

This event is not to be missed!! This is a rare opportunity to experience all of the wonderful professionals that we are lucky enough to have in our community – all in one place.
