we are excited to host this valuable wellbeing workshop, TAKE THE time to look AFTER yourself
Wellbeing workship for EMPLOYEES
Support for you, your team and those within the community
We are excited to once again have Mandy Curnow join us as part of this event having grown up and lived most of her life in Naracoorte, South Australia. During this time through hard work and determination, she has been fortunate to have had several successful careers. She knew from a young age that she had a love of entrepreneurship starting her first business in Hairdressing aged 20, she then went on to complete a Bachelor of Nursing at 30 and more recently found her passion in Life coaching. Mandy loves nothing more than deep, genuine connection, and especially helping people let go of their ‘old stuff‘, to learn more about themselves and move them to where they want to be. She is known for her professional approach, her compassionate and approachable nature and the results she get for her clients. We are incredibly lucky to have Mandy joining us and know that each of you will come away from this workshop with tips on how you can impact your life positively.
For this event we will also welcome Cathy Beckman, Director of Salts of the Earth who will begin the workshop with a short guided meditation to release the negative thoughts that maybe clouding the mind from your day. Cathy will also talk about the power of your own breath. With a simple Breathwork exercise she will show how to help you through challenging times of stress during your day. Refocusing the mind and settling the natural fight and flight response that can naturally occur within our bodies.
Joined by other special guests speakers and supporting organisations this event is designed to offer practical skills, learnings and resources to help not only yourself but for you to help those in your workplace, social circles and beyond.
If you know someone that would benefit from this event please share this event with them. Why not support one another and come along together?
