AGM General Business
1. To receive and consider the following information for the period ended 30 June 2019;
a/ Confirmation of 2018 AGM Minutes
b/ Annual Report
c/ Chairman’s Update
d/ Treasurers Update
e/ Announcement of the composition of the WiBRD Board
f/ Appointment of 2020 Nomination Sub committee
g/ Appointment of 2020 Auditors
2.To consider any general business as has been put forward for consideration
# Please note Board Members of Women in Business & Regional Development are elected to the Board for a two year term, there is a maximum 6 year term for each Board Member.
As per the WiBRD rules of association the two vacant positions are evaluated by the nomination sub committee which is formed at the previous years’ AGM, the nomination sub committee recommends the appointments to the WiBRD Board to optimise the composition of the Board. The two new Board Members will be appointed prior to the AGM with the new Board Members and composition of the Board being announced at the AGM.
