- Confirmation of 2019 AGM Minutes
- Annual Report
- Chairman’s Update
- Treasurers Update
- Announcement of the composition of the WiBRD Board
- Appointment of 2021 Nomination Sub committee
- Appointment of 2021 Auditors
- 2.To consider any general business as has been put forward for consideration
Invitations for expressions of interest for board vacancies were advertised from September 25th 2020.
All attendees will be sent an Agenda and annual report after this date to ensure that all relevant and up to date information has been conveyed.
# Please note Board Members of Women in Business & Regional Development are elected to the Board for a two year term, there is a maximum 6 year term for each Board Member.
As per the WiBRD rules of association, if required, the vacant position is evaluated by the nomination sub committee which is formed at the previous years AGM, the nomination sub-committee recommends the appointments to the WiBRD Board to optimise the composition of the Board. The new Board Member will be appointed prior to the AGM with the new Board Members and composition of the Board being announced at the AGM.
